TYPES OF TECHNICIAN CAREERS AT WAGNER
With chances to work in the Shop or Field environment you'll find all you need to reach new heights.
A Heavy Technician diagnoses, repairs, and rebuilds large equipment like bulldozers, excavators, and shovels to ensure they run smoothly. From basic maintenance to complete engine overhauls, you'll work on some of the biggest equipment in the world.
Realize Your Potential
We know your career is important to you, and it's important to us too. That's why we have a clear path to help you climb higher.
Starting at Class D, you'll gain foundational skills and knowledge. Move up to Class C to take on more responsibilities and refine your expertise. As a Class B, you'll handle harder jobs and show your advanced skills. Reach Class A to lead projects and mentor junior technicians. Finally, achieve the Journey level, where you'll be an expert and mentor others.

401(K) BENEFITS
Wagner Equipment Co. offers a 401(K) and a Roth 401(K) Plan. Eligible employees can receive a company contribution of up to 7%.
Time Off Programs
Starting day one, employees accrue 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked. After 90 days, employees receive 96 hours of vacation time. This renews every year and increases after 1, 5, 10, 15, & 20 years. Employees also get 8 paid holidays.
Employee Assistance Program
Counseling, referral, and resources are available to help with personal, legal, and financial issues. Free and confidential, 7 days a week and 24 hours per day.
Tuition Reimbursement
Wagner encourages professional growth by providing tuition reimbursement at 100% and student loan assistance to qualifying employees.
DISABILITY BENEFITS
The company offers short term and long term disability benefits to provide a significant safety net in case of disability. Company Paid after 180 days of continuous employment.
COMPANY PAID LIFE INSURANCE
Basic group life insurance. Additional supplemental life and accident insurance for employee and family members is available.
