- Separate component disassembly & cleaning stations
- Every main component is cleaned, disassembled, and inspected prior to entering the assembly area
- Disassembled parts are inspected, packaged, and stored utilizing a QR code system
- QR code parts are delivered to the work area when they are needed
- Recondition inspection and process flow is managed utilizing a rebuild tracker application
- Technicians can order parts in the workstation and have them delivered
- A state-of-the-art paint booth completes the recondition process
