BACK TO WORK IN 2 DAYS OR WHEN YOU SAY — OR WE HELP COVER THE COST
Your business depends on uptime. With Wagner’s Back to Work Commitment, construction customers with a labor-inclusive CVA get:
- BACK UP WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS. Unplanned repairs on enrolled machines are completed within two business days, or you may qualify for a Cat credit.
- SMART SERVICE FROM THE START. Remote troubleshooting allows our technicians to arrive ready, reducing time and guesswork.
- LABOR COVERAGE. Repairs are covered if your equipment is enrolled in a labor-inclusive CVA issued after July 21, 2025.
PARTS NEXT-DAY OR WHEN YOU SAY — OR GET UP TO $1,000 CREDITS BACK
With Wagner’s Parts Next Day Commitment, you’re covered when you need maintenance or common repair parts for CVA-covered machines:
- PARTS BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. If a qualifying maintenance or repair part doesn't arrive by the end of the next business day, we'll issue up to a $1,000 Cat credit.
- DEALER PERFORMED SERVICE. If you have a CVA with dealer-performed service and need a repair part, we’ll get it to you as soon as the end of the second business day. If we dont, you’ll receive a Cat Prepaid Credit for the value of the part up to $1,000.
