WAGNER REBUILD CENTERS’ CAPABILITIES
Grand Junction, COLORADO Rebuild Center has the following capabilities:
- 20 engine specific trained technicians
- 2 – 60 ton bridge cranes
- 2 – 25 ton bridge cranes
- 2 – 5 ton bridge cranes
- 1 Power Test dyno capable of 8000 bhp
- 1 Go Power dyno capable of 800 bhp
- 20 workflow-based workstations
- Separate component disassembly & cleaning stations
- Every main component is cleaned, disassembled, and inspected prior to entering the assembly area
- Disassembled parts are inspected, packaged, and stored utilizing a QR code system
- QR code parts are delivered to the work area when they are needed
- Recondition inspection and process flow is managed utilizing a rebuild tracker application
- Customers receive detailed electronic inspections with photos of major components
- Technicians can order parts in the workstation and have them delivered
- A state-of-the-art paint booth completes the recondition process
All components are shrink-wrapped prior to shipping.
