Customer COVID Communication 11/13/2020

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the increasing number of Covid 19 cases, Wagner is taking the following actions to keep both you and our employees safe. When and wherever possible we ask that you conduct your business over the telephone. If access to one of our facilities is necessary we ask that you call the number posted on the front door of your local branch and request access to the facility. Also, please allow our parts departments to bring your parts order curbside versus visiting Will Call. Lastly, if you enter one of our facilities we will ask you to wear a mask, take your temperature and ask you some screening questions.

Rest assured our parts, service, sales and rental operations remain fully staffed and ready to meet your needs. Our goal, during this difficult time, is to simply reduce the number of face-to-face interactions we have with each other and you our valued customers.
