CAT MINI EXCAVATORS AT A GLANCE: 1-2 TON

Check out the 1-2 ton Cat mini excavators in action as they adapt to tight applications with ease. Plus, the newest features provide best-in-class serviceability and the ultimate operator experience.

Four excavators in the 1- to 2-ton class have been upgraded to Next Generation: 301.5, 301.7 CR, 301.8, and 302 CR. CR indicates compact radius.

Operating weights range from 3,500 pounds to 4,900 pounds, depending on configuration. Maximum digging depth is 7 feet 8 inches or 8 feet 5 inches. Rubber tracks are standard with steel available as an option. The units are powered by a Cat C1.1 diesel with 21.6 gross horsepower.

3 TON CAT MINI EXCAVATORS – WORK READY

Cat has three new mini excavators featuring exclusive stick steer, cruise control, operator adjustable settings and a tilt-up canopy or cab as standard equipment.

Operating weights range from 6,700 pounds to 9,200 pounds, depending on configuration. Maximum digging depth is 8 feet 11 inches to 10 feet. Rubber tracks are standard with steel available as an option. The units are powered by a diesel Cat C1.1, C1.1 Turbo, and C1.7 with a gross horsepower of 24.7.

4-6 TON CAT MINI EXCAVATORS: UP FOR THE JOB

Compact radius design on the 305 CR and 306 CR enables access to work in even the tightest spaces. Up to 20% more performance than previous models – improvements in lift, swing, travel and multifunction and strong dig performance help get the job done faster.

Maximum operating weight range from 9,867 lb for the Cat 304 to 15,766 lb for the 306 CR. Dig depth ranges from 138 inches to 162 inches. Gross power is 48.4 hp for both the 304 and 305 CR and the 306 CR has 57.9 hp.
